|Ordering & Shipping Policy|
All orders received after 10:00 a.m. EST will begin to be processed the next business day and most orders are shipped within 48 - 72 hours.
FedEx deliveries are made to street addresses only.
We do not ship to APO, FPO or Post Office Boxes at this time.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address including zip codes and include daytime phone numbers for each recipient.
If the address is incorrect, Padow's Hams & Deli, Inc cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to a wrong address. It will be the sender's responsibility to cover the costs for reshipment of a product in the event that we were provided with an incorrect address or bad delivery date.
Order early enough for your order to arrive in time for the special day! Credit cards are verified, orders processed, packaged and then shipped.
At this time we ship Anywhere in the USA. If you want to order something for someone in another country; we can ship to your address in the USA, then you assume responsibility for shipping the product to the international address.
Shipping Perishable Products
Perishable items must be delivered to street addresses and refrigerated upon receipt.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the proper shipping addresses and to ensure there will be someone available to accept delivery.
Padow's Smoked Turkey and Honey Hams MUST be shipped NEXT DAY Air outside Virginia.
Perishable items are shipped on Monday through Wednesday only, so that they are delivered to you by Friday and don't sit in the warehouses over the weekend.
Orders will be processed within 48 - 72 hours! FedEx picks up our packages Monday - Friday. We will contact you if there is a problem with the shipping method you select, letting you know the alternatives and costs.
[UPDATE: After Dec 101th all orders will be processed when they are submitted for Christmas!] It is better to have your gifts at the recipient's home rather than being held at Padow's Hams & Deli
Changes and Cancellations
If you have noticed an error on your order after you have received your order confirmation please call 800 344-4267. Cancellations should be sent immediately using the contact form on the website or by calling 800 344-4267.
Space is provided in the ordering process for you to tell the recipient who the gift is from and write a short message. If this is left blank and the product is being shipped to someone other than yourself we will use the following message: greetings from ___ and your name and/or company.
Packages can be shipped anywhere in the USA; to 48 states using FedEx Ground and to Alaska and Hawaii by 2nd Day or Next Day Air delivery services. [Padow's Smoked Turkey and Honey Hams MUST be shipped NEXT DAY Air to Alaska or Hawaii..] The additional charges will not be calculated in your shipping total but will be applied at billing.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted.
We do not ship COD. Payment is due when orders are placed.
